An incarnation of The Doctor portrayed by Krystal Moore, starring in a series of fan films and audio dramas titled Doctor Who Velocity. Unlike many other fan Doctors, which are depicted as alternative or future incarnations of the BBC TV series Doctors, the Velocity Doctor exist in an entirely separate continuity, where she encounters characters such as Davros, who differ significantly from their BBC counterparts. That said, there are some similarities, such as the Doctor having traveled with Ace in a former incarnation.
The Velocity Doctor also appeared in the 2019 remake of Eternal Darkness, a multi-Doctor episode from Dynamic Works 2012, which established her as existing in an alternative dimension to the Dynamic Works 2021 Doctors. Episode 6, TRON Fan Film, established the Doctor Who Velocity Universe as Dimension 7.
