The Ultimate Doctor Audio Adventures is a series of audio books written and read by Nick Payne
Format of Episode Release[]
The original plan was the episodes of each series will be released monthly, similar to Big Finish's monthly audio releases. Along side the monthly series, the would have been a number of specials.
The ideas was later dropped and the first wave ended in January 2016 with Episode 4. The Audios returned after many months hiatus in November 2017 with Episode 5. The audios during Wave 2 were released monthly from Episodes 5-7, then again from 8 to 10 after a short break between January and May 2017.
A third wave will consist of 5 episodes and will follow in Late 2017.

Wave 1 (2015-16):[]
The first wave was originally to start with "The Rouge Zygon", with the other three as specials. However, with the monthly audios and occasional specials idea being dropped after "The Rouge Zygon", the 4 episodes became the first wave.

Wave 2 (2016-17):[]
After a few months hiatus between February and November 2016, the audios returned. The audios were once again monthly and this wave would consist of 6 episodes, with the long-planned two-parter "Encagment" becoming the sixth and seventh episodes (second and third of the wave).
Part 1 came out between November 2016 and January 2017, and Part 2 will start in May 2017

Trivia[]
The full theme tune, which was used from "The Christmas Extravaganza" onwards, was released on 31st December 2016 before the episode was released. The composer is unknown. It is on a Halloween songs & themes CDs, and presumably credited to Ron Grainer.
"The Good, The Bad And The Earth Agent" featured the official series's 2014 theme tune, composed by Murray Gold.
