Synopsis[]
Maxil arrives with a news for The Doctor. A news very bad. The Rani will be put on trial by the High Council and he will be the new Lord President of Gallifrey. Meanwhile, a new guard named Elmer arrives and carries with him a surprise. He is equal in appearance to The Doctor and has feelings for his wife, Peri.
