Plot[]

Synopsis[]

For years, the Time Lords have theorized that it was possible that a lifeform could evolve inside of the time/space vortex. This creature would have the power to travel through the vortex at will. It turns out the Time Lords were right. Such a race existed and humanity found out about them. Fearing such a race they hunted them to near extinction. Years later, the sole survivor of this race has travelled back in time to the late 20th century - his intent is to destroy the human race before they have the chance to fulfil their bloody destiny. However, when the Doctor finds himself on Earth, in the year 1999, something odd is occurring that could rip the human race apart. When he discovers the threat he realizes that the solution to the problem isn't black and white, and he only has two choices - both of which lead to genocide.
