The Techno Doctor is an incarnation of the Doctor played by Ruaidhri, more commonly know by his screen name Rassilon Productions.
He first appeared in Where Are We Now?, an experimental short film uploaded to the Rassilon Productions YouTube channel in December 2022, future adventures of this timelord will also be uploaded to the channel.
He is one of the original incarnation of the Doctor to appear in Doctor Who Expansive Multiverse, existing after The Groovy Doctor and before The Kiwi Doctor, though it is currently unknown how many Doctors exist between them.
