The Primitive Doctor is an incarnation of the Doctor played by Jake Mancuso as part of What Fourth Wall Productions, existing within The Elysian Universe. His immediate successor is The Inverse Doctor.
He was revealed as a future incarnation of The Blonde Doctor (The Elysian Universe), The Neon Doctor, and The Frozen Doctor in his reveal trailer, though it is currently unknown how many Doctors exist between them.
Character and History[]
After a mysterious event, The Primitive Doctor, newly regenerated, finds themselves at Medieval/Renaissance era Earth, with no memory on how to use the sonic screwdriver or the Tardis. Throughout his time as the Doctor he must relearn how each one works, while solving issues and alien incursions.
In "Cries Amid The Roar" the Doctor stumbles upon a baby named Ulfrick who was abandoned at a festival. Disgusted by the lack of care by the kingdoms nun, the Doctor turns the Tardis into an orphanage to be a sanctuary for all lost children.

The Primitive Doctor's attire consists of a red lace up shirt, a black Victorian frock coat, and a leather belt with various pouches and bottles attached to it.
