The Philosophical Doctor is an incarnation of the Time Lord played by Jacki Smith, set to appear in Doctor Who: Fractured Timeline. The Philosophical Doctor exists in the PRISM Universe alongside the Doctors from NTC Pictures, Overton Audios, and Fractured Timeline.

The Philosophical Doctor in Series 1 appears as a short Filipino, physically in their early 20s, with black hair, dark brown eyes (framed by black rectangular glasses), and tanned brown skin. Their trademark outfit consists of a navy tweed topcoat with a light blue and orange overcheck (the left lapel adorned with a small pewter cat badge, with a blue and brown paisley hankerchief puffed up in the breast pocket), a blue and white gingham check button-down shirt with the top three buttons unbuttoned, high-waisted navy blue twill trousers fastened with a black leather belt and rolled up at the bottom, and black Dr Marten combat boots adorned with rainbow laces.
The Doctor also wears a digital watch on a NATO strap on their left wrist, and a black and white paracord bracelet on their right; paired with a purple beaded bracelet and smaller black beaded bracelet respectively. There are two slim silver rings worn stacked on their left ring finger and a silver signet ring with a purple gem worn on their right ring finger. They also occasionally wear a pork pie hat in navy blue felt, and carry a black stick umbrella with gold tip and wooden handle.
