The Neon Doctor is an incarnation of the Doctor played by Lucy Spencer as part of What Fourth Wall Productions, existing within The Elysian Universe. She is the direct successor of the Groovy Doctor.
Character and History[]
The Neon Doctor appears in "The Heart of Divinity", "Supermassive Black Hole", the DWEM Singularity Saga, and the WFW 60th Anniversary. In some of these stories, she is shown to suffer from memory issues relating to the effect of whatever killed the Groovy Doctor. She is also incredibly hostile and untrusting towards various versions of the Master.
Appearance[]
The Neon Doctor dresses "like a ten year old cosplaying Rick Deckard" - consistently wearing black shirts, ties, and dark jeans. She is implied to wear a trench coat and has been seen with bright fingerless net gloves.
