"Look into my eyes..."
The Master is a renegade Time Lord from the planet Gallifrey, who often acts as the Doctor's very own nemesis. Once a friend of the Doctor back in their academy years, the Master has since turned his back on Time Lord society, instead focusing on total control of the Universe; and whatever he cannot control, he will destroy.
This incarnation of the Master is first seen in Hypertrain Media's Mastermind audio series, which focuses on the Master's arrival on the planet Vonvite, which is in the middle of a war for control of the planet.
Personality[]
This incarnation of the Master wears a mask of charm and sophistication whenever he wants to manipulate; while hiding the malicious truth underneath. He shows no hesitation in cutting down whoever he deems in his way with his Laser Screwdriver.
Where charm doesn't work, the Master resorts to hypnotism as his tool of choice. He has so far been seen using this to gain entry to the Vonvite Rebel base using Simon as his hypnotized target.
Appearance[]
This incarnation of the Master wears a black battered trench coat which has been bleached by the sun slightly, opting for a thicker greatcoat when in colder climates. He sports a red waistcoat with a bronze watch chain, a white shirt with bishop sleeves, a black cravat, black trousers and black boots with a cuban heel. From time to time, he will wear red gloves with black thumbs. In hotter climates, he swaps out the trench coat for a linen jacket and wears a straw hat. He will sometimes pair both of these outfits with a silk scarf depicting Salvador Dalí's The Persistence of Memory.
The Master takes the appearance of a young man with messy brown hair, a beard and glasses.

- Expert Military Tactician - The Master is an expert in military tactics, managing to protect the rebel base on Vonvite from an assault by the Empire of Vonvite.
- Hypnosis - The Master has honed his skills of hypnotism over his many incarnations, and has perfected it to the point of keeping the subject mesmerized for an hour after initial contact. He has also refined his skill so well that he can convince a subject to do harm to others and themselves.
- Telepathy - As a Time Lord, the Master has telepathic skills. He has used this telepathy to enter Simon's mind after he went into a coma and begin to break it.
- Weapons Expert - Due to his vast experience, the Master is well versed in different types of weapons, favoring his Laser Screwdriver and Tissue Compression Eliminator, hiding a small one in his pocket watch.
