Overton Audios Doctor Who is a series of fan produced audio dramas based on the long-running British science fiction television series Doctor Who.
They have produced multiple series and feature several different incarnations of the Doctor including:
- The Cravat Doctor (since 2016)
- The Young Doctor and The Irish Doctor (both from 2019 to 2023)
- The Northern Doctor (from 2022 to 2025)
- The Blonde Doctor (from 2022 to 2023, plus a brief return in 2025)
- The Alacrity Doctor, The Frontier Doctor and The Elusive Doctor (since 2023)
Overton Audios Doctor Who series share a continuity with other fan series made by NTC Pictures and Fractured Timeline, all of which were tied into the DW2012 fanfilm series until creative difficulties resulted in a split in 2022, and the formation of the PRISM Universe by 2023.

The Doctor is resurrected after thousands of years as a living entity. He now continues his adventures in time and space with his friends.
The first season contains the adventures of The Parallel Doctor, an incarnation played by Connor Chadwick who comes from a different universe, only to arrive in a brand new universe.

Two years after the fourth season of Resurrection, the series returned under the new banner "The Cravat Doctor Adventures" with seasons now made up of volumes released throughout the year.

The first three episodes of the fifth season saw The Cravat Doctor now travelling alongside The Rani, who had been under the guise of "Rebecca Martins" in the Fractured Timeline episode The Candidate.

Earthbound[]
The second half of the Cravat Doctor's fifth season then saw him stuck on Earth after temporarily becoming a human known as "Ben Smith". He is reunited with previous one-off companions Professor Phoebe Chaddie and her father, Patrick Chaddie.

This volume, serving as the first half of the Cravat Doctor's sixth season which leads into the 60th anniversary event, saw the Doctor continuing his travels with Professor Chaddie and her father, Patrick Chaddie.
PRISM 60th Minisode[]
In September 2023, as part of the 60th anniversary of Doctor Who, a three-part live action minisode filmed at Cardiff Bay was released.
It featured the Cravat Doctor reuniting with Captain Fraser Ward, who had accidentally been sent to meet with Torchwood Three at the wrong time, and witnessing the Blonde Doctor regenerate into the Alacrity Doctor, leading directly into the special "The Conqueror of Time".

PRISM 60th Anniversary[]
The 60th anniversary story from Overton Audios was released in November 2023, featuring several incarnations of the Doctor who had featured in previous audio releases.
The three-part special also served as both the conclusion to the Nexus Saga story arc, and the cementation of the PRISM Universe which had slowly been set up throughout 2023.

This volume, serving as the first half of the Cravat Doctor's seventh season alongside the Halloween special "The Gray Portait", saw the Doctor & Patrick Chaddie dealing with cracks in the universe caused by the Multiversal Engine used in "High Society". For the first two volumes, James M. Dean took over the role of the Young Doctor, though Peter Adams remains as the "likeness" for this Doctor. Peter would return to the role for the third volume, which depicted the Young Doctor's final adventures & regeneration.

Set at various points before the events of An Unearthly Child, this range explores some of the earliest adventures of the First Doctor, played by Michael Cox who had previously portrayed the character in both Overton Audios releases & other fan content, alongside his granddaughter Susan.
Lost in Time[]
This series takes place during the Doctor & Susan's time in Shoreditch whilst Susan is attending Coal Hill.
The first three episodes focus on a mini-arc in which the Doctor attempts to return a vortex manipulator to its owner, whilst the next three episodes finds the Doctor & Susan displaced in time, joined by Silas Wenik for Episodes 4 & 5.
Wanderers in the Fourth Dimension I[]
This series details the first voyages for the Doctor & Susan including how they were forced to leave Gallifrey, their encounter with King Henry VIII, and a visit to the Rings of Akhaten.

2025 Special[]
Over a year after the Blonde Doctor's previous special, the character returned for a one-off live-action short that also features the official debut of The Philosophical Doctor, a future incarnation who was first revealed over on the Fractured Timeline YouTube channel.
Whilst not intended as part of the Blonde Doctor Adventures, there is a great focus on that particular incarnation with the choice of title sequence & accompanying theme arrangement, which incidentally is a more distinct version from the one used on What Fourth Wall Productions for their own iteration of the character.

The Paternoster Gang[]
A spin-off in which Madame Vastra, Jenny Flint & Strax the Sontaran are time-displaced by a mysterious human called Benjamin Falstone, ending up in the year 2021 where they are taken in by UNIT. Henry Woodman also plays a large role in the series, with returning characters such as Colonel Stevenson & Nidrach the Foamasi acting as supporting roles.
