Wils Strader leads a peaceful life, or at least did before his quiet automatic mining silo in the middle of space is attached by two ugly looking creatures and two human looking men... what do they wall want? All Wils wanted was to play chess... Sheesh!

- 1. The Sontarans bombard and board the asteroid. The Doctor tells them to shove off and Corporal Fruitnut orders that he be killed.
- 2. Corporal Fruinut reveals his anti-grav-propelled auto-cannon which has just been programmed with the Doctor's bio-print. It starts up and shoots at the Doctor.
- 3. Wils Strader finishes his story to Detective Jackson, declaring he will be easy to find when he returns to his chess touranments, thanks to the Doctor.
