Best Enemy was the second story in The Doctor Who Project series. It was written by Misha Lauenstein, released March 1999, and featured the Seventh Doctor, Liz Shaw, and the TDWP 8th Doctor.
This story featured the regeneration of the Seventh Doctor into the Project's own Eighth Doctor, as played by fictional actor Jeremy Banks-Walker.

Synopsis[]
The Doctor and Liz have been staying at UNIT headquarters in Vancouver since the events of Final Sunset when finally, the announcement they've been waiting for comes - UNIT troops have found the Master's TARDIS. Or, have they? The capsule's discovery leads the Doctor and Liz to the planet Nlaka, where the Time Lords had originally hidden the Master's TARDIS after his arrest. But, will the seventh Doctor's dark side finally lead to his downfall on a planet where evil is forbidden and the Master is a national hero?
